To maintain quality and security, the responsible department carries out:
a) quality control of biological, chemical and physical hazards through all the necessary tests, in order to ensure that bottling takes place according to the specifications of each product.
b) microbiological tests carried out at all stages of production (from the first stage, on the water, through to the final product).
